We are a small, specialist team that helps businesses measure what matters and act on it. If you like getting the details right, owning your work, and seeing the impact of it, you will feel at home here. Take a look at what we are hiring for below.
See open roles
We are not the biggest agency, and we are not trying to be. What we offer is real work, real ownership, and colleagues who genuinely know their craft.
What we build changes revenue, cost, and how businesses make decisions. You will see the effect of your work, not just close tickets.
We are specialists rather than generalists spread thin. You will work with people who know their tools inside out and are happy to share what they know.
We hire people we can trust with responsibility. You will own projects end to end instead of waiting for permission at every turn.
We care about the quality of your output, not the hours you spend at a desk. Hybrid working and the flexibility to do your best work are a given.
As our clients grow, so does the work. There is genuine space to widen your skills, take on more scope, and build a career, not just hold a job.
We are small enough that everyone matters and supportive enough that nobody is left to sink. When something is hard, you have people in your corner.
Two positions are open right now. If one fits, we would love to hear from you.
You will turn messy, real-world data into decisions our clients can act on. Most of the businesses we work with have plenty of data and very little clarity. Your job is to fix that, from getting the tracking right at the source to putting a clear recommendation in front of the people who make the calls.
Own analytics for your clients: take a portfolio of ecommerce and lead-generation accounts from measurement plan through to the reports leadership actually reads.
Get the tracking right: build and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side setups, and make sure the numbers reconcile with what the business sees in its back office.
Go beyond the standard reports: write SQL against BigQuery to answer the questions the default dashboards cannot, and model data so it is ready for reporting.
Run and read experiments: design A/B tests and funnel studies, analyse the results honestly, and translate them into recommendations people can use.
Build reporting people trust: create dashboards in Looker Studio and similar tools that get used, rather than ones that gather dust.
Work with clients directly: present findings, explain the trade-offs, and push back politely when the data says something inconvenient.
Lift the whole team: share what you know through reviews, documentation, and the occasional internal session.
Around four or more years in analytics, ideally agency-side or in a data-heavy ecommerce role.
Strong, hands-on GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience. You understand data layers, events, and why tracking quietly breaks.
Confident SQL, with real experience in BigQuery or a comparable warehouse.
A track record of turning analysis into a recommendation that actually changed something.
Clear communication. You can explain a trend to a marketer and a marketing problem to an engineer.
Comfortable owning your work and managing your own time across several clients at once.
Server-side tagging, the Meta and Google Conversion APIs, and Consent Mode experience.
Familiarity with a product-analytics tool such as Amplitude, and a testing tool such as VWO.
Some Python or R for the heavier analysis.
Experience mentoring junior analysts.
Privacy is not a bolt-on for us. It shapes how we build tracking and how we handle client data, so this role sits close to the work rather than off to one side. You will own data protection across the agency and help our teams do the right thing by design, without grinding good work to a halt.
Own the programme: run ITOR's data protection programme end to end, from policies and records of processing to the day-to-day decisions that keep us compliant.
Advise on privacy by design: guide delivery teams on analytics and tracking work, including consent management and how data is handled server-side.
Assess the risk: run Data Protection Impact Assessments for new tools and client projects, and keep them current as things change.
Handle the agreements: review and negotiate data processing agreements with clients and vendors, and keep our sub-processor records straight.
Manage requests and incidents: handle data subject requests and, if the day ever comes, lead a calm, well-documented response to an incident.
Stay ahead of the rules: keep on top of GDPR, ePrivacy and PECR, and turn them into plain guidance the team can follow.
Bring the team with you: run practical training so privacy is something everyone understands, not a document nobody reads.
Around five or more years in data protection, privacy, or information governance, with real ownership of a programme.
Deep, working knowledge of GDPR and ePrivacy, and how they apply to web analytics, cookies, and marketing data.
Experience with consent management platforms and a genuine understanding of how modern tracking collects data.
The judgement to give proportionate advice. You help the business move rather than simply saying no.
Clear writing, and a calm, credible presence with clients and auditors.
Strong organisation. You keep records, deadlines, and requests firmly under control.
A recognised certification such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent.
Experience in an agency, or juggling several clients at once.
Familiarity with server-side tagging and first-party data architectures.
Exposure to other regimes such as UK GDPR or CCPA and CPRA.
