ActiveCampaign automation that reacts to what people actually do

Most email programs send the same thing to everyone and hope. ActiveCampaign lets you do the opposite: automations that react to what each person browses, clicks, buys, and ignores, so the right message reaches the right person at the right moment. Its automation builder is genuinely powerful, which is exactly why so much of it goes unused. We build the behaviour-driven journeys that turn it into a revenue engine.

Behaviour-driven marketing automation with ActiveCampaign
Automation with a memory

Sending email is easy. Sending the right email automatically is where the money is.

A one-size-fits-all newsletter treats a brand-new subscriber exactly like a ten-time customer. That's the easy way, and it leaves most of the value on the table. The real return in email comes from relevance, and relevance at scale only happens through automation that knows something about the person receiving it.

ActiveCampaign is built for exactly that. It watches what people do, on your site, in your emails, in your store, and lets you trigger the right follow-up automatically: a welcome path for new subscribers, a nudge for someone who browsed but didn't buy, a win-back for a customer who's gone quiet. Combined with lead scoring and a built-in CRM, it can run a surprising amount of your marketing and sales on its own.

The catch is the same as with any powerful tool: the depth that makes ActiveCampaign great also makes it easy to set up badly, or barely at all. That's the part we handle.

What we do with ActiveCampaign

From behaviour-driven journeys to segmentation, scoring, and deliverability, here is the work we take on.

Automation & Customer Journeys

The heart of ActiveCampaign. We design and build multi-step, branching automations, welcome paths, nurture sequences, cart recovery, win-backs, that react to what each contact actually does.

Email Marketing & Campaigns

On-brand campaigns and broadcasts, with dynamic content that changes based on who's opening, so a single send still feels personal to each segment.

Segmentation & Personalisation

Tags, custom fields, and behavioural segments that let you speak to the right people about the right thing, instead of blasting one message to your whole list.

Lead Scoring & Sales Automation

Score contacts on behaviour and fit, and automate the CRM side, deal stages, task creation, and handoffs, so sales spends its time on the leads most likely to close.

Site & Event Tracking

Connect ActiveCampaign to your site and store so automations can respond to real behaviour, pages viewed, products browsed, purchases made, not just email opens.

Integrations & Deliverability

We wire ActiveCampaign into your store and stack, keep the data flowing, and handle the authentication and hygiene that get your automated emails into the inbox.

Automations that react to real behaviour
React, don't broadcast

The best automation feels like you were paying attention

There's a moment that makes automation feel worth it: a customer gets an email so well-timed and relevant it seems like someone was watching, in a good way. They browsed a product and got a helpful nudge. They lapsed and got a reason to come back. None of it was manual. That's what ActiveCampaign does when it's set up around real behaviour.

  • Triggered by what people do, browsing, buying, clicking, or going quiet, not just a date on a calendar.

  • Personalised with data you already have, so the message fits where each person is in their journey.

  • Always on, earning quietly in the background while your team works on everything else.

Set up well, these journeys become some of the most profitable, and least demanding, marketing you run.

How an ActiveCampaign project runs with us

Mapping customer journeys to automate
1. Map the journeys

We map how your customers actually move, from first touch to repeat purchase, and find the moments worth automating.

2. Build & connect

We build the automations, segments, and scoring, and connect ActiveCampaign to your site and store so it can react to real behaviour.

3. Test & authenticate

We test every path, and get deliverability and authentication right, so the automations fire correctly and actually reach the inbox.

4. Launch & optimise

We go live, watch how the journeys perform, and keep refining the triggers, timing, and content to lift results over time.

Why teams bring this to us

The power is wasted if nobody builds the journeys

ActiveCampaign's depth is its best feature and its biggest trap. Most accounts we see use a fraction of it, a couple of basic automations and a lot of untapped potential. We've built behaviour-driven email and automation for ecommerce and service businesses for years, including the site tracking, integrations, and deliverability that make the clever automations actually work.

  • We build the deep automations, not just the obvious ones. Branching, scoring, and behaviour triggers, done properly.

  • We connect it to real behaviour. Site and store tracking, so journeys react to what people actually do.

  • We own the technical side. Integrations, data, and deliverability handled, so the automation you designed actually runs.

Questions clients ask us

Straight answers to the things people usually want to know before they start.

How is ActiveCampaign different from a basic email tool?

A basic tool sends campaigns. ActiveCampaign is built around automation and behaviour: it can watch what people do and trigger tailored follow-ups automatically, score leads, and handle light CRM. Used to its strengths, it does far more than send newsletters, and that's exactly what we set it up to do.

We have ActiveCampaign but only use it for newsletters. Is that normal?

Very. It's the most common thing we see, a powerful platform running at maybe a tenth of its potential. The quickest wins are usually turning on the behaviour-based automations, welcome, cart recovery, win-backs, that it's built for but that never got set up.

What automations are worth building first?

The ones that map to money: a welcome series, abandoned-cart and browse-abandon flows, post-purchase and replenishment sequences, and win-backs for lapsing customers. We prioritise by likely return, so you see results before we get to the clever, long-tail stuff.

Can it connect to our online store?

Yes. We connect ActiveCampaign to Shopify and WooCommerce with proper site and event tracking, so it knows what people browse and buy, which is what powers the genuinely useful automations rather than generic blasts.

Will the emails actually reach the inbox?

Deliverability is part of how we set it up: authentication, list hygiene, and sending practices that keep your automated mail trusted. There's no point building clever journeys if the messages land in spam, so we handle that foundation too.

Do we still need someone to run it once it's built?

Less than you'd think, that's the point of automation. Once the journeys are live they largely run themselves. We can hand it over for your team to manage, or stay on to monitor and keep improving the results.

Only using a fraction of ActiveCampaign?

Tell us about your list, your store, and how you sell, and we'll show you the behaviour-driven automations worth building first, and what they could earn.
