A/B testing with VWO, built to grow revenue

Every page on your site is a stack of decisions someone made, the headline, the layout, the offer, the checkout flow, usually based on opinion. Experimentation replaces that opinion with evidence. Using VWO, we run structured A/B tests on your highest-impact pages, so the changes you ship are the ones that genuinely lift conversions, proven on your own traffic.

Measuring conversion uplift from A/B tests in VWO
Evidence over opinion

The best idea in the room is still a guess until you test it

Most site changes are shipped on a hunch. Someone senior prefers the new hero image, so it goes live. A redesign feels cleaner, so the old page is gone. Sometimes those hunches are right. Often they quietly cost you conversions, and because nothing was measured, nobody ever finds out.

A/B testing settles it. You show version A to half your visitors and version B to the other half, measure which one drives more sales or leads, and keep the winner. No egos, no guessing, just what your actual customers do.

VWO is the platform we use to run that process, testing, targeting, heatmaps, and analysis in one place. The tool is the easy part, though. The value is in running experiments that ask the right questions and reading the results honestly.

What we do with VWO

From research and a test roadmap to live experiments and trustworthy results, here is the work we take on.

A/B & Multivariate Testing

From a single headline test to multivariate experiments across a page, we design and build tests in VWO that isolate what actually changes visitor behaviour.

Conversion Research & Analysis

Before we test, we find out where to. Funnel analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings show where visitors hesitate and drop, so experiments target real problems, not random ideas.

Test Strategy & Prioritisation

Not every test is worth running. We build a prioritised roadmap, scoring ideas by expected impact and effort, so your testing time goes where the revenue is.

Landing Page & Checkout Testing

The pages closest to the money deserve the most attention. We test product pages, landing pages, carts, and checkout, where small wins compound into real revenue.

Personalisation & Targeting

VWO can show the right experience to the right visitors, by source, device, or behaviour. We use targeting to make experiences relevant instead of one-size-fits-all.

Accurate Measurement & Reporting

A test is only as good as the data behind it. We make sure VWO's goals, your tracking, and your analytics agree, so results are trustworthy and significance is real, not noise.

Winning experiments come from real insight
Not just A/B tests

Winning tests come from good questions, not lucky guesses

The teams that get big wins from experimentation aren't the ones running the most tests. They're the ones running the right ones. A test built on a real insight, a checkout step where people clearly hesitate, a product page that doesn't answer an obvious question, beats fifty tests of button colours.

  • We dig into the data first, funnels, heatmaps, and recordings, to find where visitors actually struggle.

  • We form a clear hypothesis for every test, so a win or a loss both teach you something useful.

  • We run tests to real significance, so you ship on evidence, not on a lucky first week.

This is where our analytics and CRO work meet VWO: better questions in, trustworthy answers out.

How an experimentation program runs with us

Planning experiments from the data
1. Research & prioritise

We analyse your funnel and behaviour data to find where you're leaking conversions, then rank the biggest, most winnable opportunities.

2. Hypothesise & build

Each test starts with a clear hypothesis, then we build the variations in VWO and QA them across devices before they go live.

3. Run to significance

We let tests run until the result is statistically sound, not just until the numbers happen to look good on a Monday.

4. Learn & iterate

Winners ship, losers still teach us something, and every cycle sharpens the next. Over time, your conversion rate compounds.

Why teams bring this to us

Anyone can run a test. Running the right ones is the skill.

Experimentation only pays off when the data underneath it is right and the questions are good, which is exactly where most testing programs fall down. We come at it from both sides: the analytics to know where to look, and the CRO experience to know what to test. Tools like VWO are how we run it; the results are what we're actually after.

  • Analytics and CRO in one team. We find the problem and design the test that fixes it, without anything getting lost between them.

  • We protect you from false wins. Proper significance and clean tracking, so you don't ship noise as if it were a result.

  • We optimise for revenue, not vanity. The goal is more sales and leads, not a longer list of tests to show off.

Questions clients ask us

Straight answers to the things people usually want to know before they start.

How much traffic do I need for A/B testing to work?

Enough that a test can reach statistical significance in a reasonable time. High-traffic pages can show a clear result in a week or two; lower-traffic sites need longer, or we focus on bigger, bolder changes that move the needle more. We'll tell you honestly whether your traffic supports testing and where to start.

What should we test first?

The pages closest to the money, usually, and the steps where your data shows people dropping off. We don't start with button colours. We start where the research says the biggest, most winnable losses are.

How long does a test take?

Long enough to trust the result, which depends on your traffic and how big the effect is. We run tests to real significance rather than calling them early, because a test stopped too soon is just an expensive guess.

Will testing slow down my site?

Set up properly, the impact is minimal, and we take care to avoid the "flicker" where the original briefly flashes before the variation. A slow or flickering test hurts the very numbers you're trying to improve, so we don't cut corners there.

What if a test loses?

That's not failure, it's information, and often the more valuable kind. A losing test stops you shipping a change that would have cost you money, and tells you something real about your customers. You learn from every test; you bank revenue from the winners.

Do we need VWO specifically?

VWO is a strong, well-rounded platform, testing, heatmaps, and targeting in one place, and it's what we're set up to run efficiently. The bigger point is the programme around it: get the research, hypotheses, and analysis right, and the results follow. The platform is how we deliver them.

Sitting on traffic that isn't converting?

Point us at the pages that matter, and we'll show you what's worth testing first, and what a proper experimentation program could add to your bottom line.
