Zapier automation that actually holds up

Connecting your apps is the easy part. Keeping those connections running, quietly and correctly, month after month, is where most automations fall apart. As a Zapier Solution Partner, we design, build, and look after Zapier workflows reliable enough to run your business on.

What it's really for

Stop paying people to move data between tabs

Every growing business picks up the same hidden tax. A lead comes in through a form, and someone copies it into the CRM. An order is placed, and someone updates a spreadsheet. A payment fails, and nobody notices until the customer complains. None of it is hard work. It is just endless, and it quietly caps how much your team can actually get done.

Zapier removes that tax. It watches for a trigger, a new order, a form submission, a tag added in your CRM, and then carries out the steps you would otherwise do by hand: create the record, send the alert, update the sheet, start the sequence. Thousands of apps already speak to it, so most of your stack can be wired together without a line of code.

The catch is that a Zap is easy to build and easy to build badly. A workflow with no error handling fails silently and quietly corrupts your data for weeks before anyone notices. Getting automation right is less about connecting two apps and more about making sure it keeps working when something upstream changes.

What we do with Zapier

From a first working automation to a monitored stack of workflows, here is the work we take on.

Workflow Design & Build

We map the process first, then build the Zaps, multi-step, branching, and filtered, so each workflow does exactly what your operation needs and nothing it doesn't.

App & CRM Integration

Connect your store, CRM, email platform, spreadsheets, and internal tools so a change in one place updates everywhere else. No more copy-paste between tabs.

Data Formatting & Routing

The unglamorous middle steps that make automation reliable: cleaning, reformatting, deduplicating, and routing data so what lands in each app is actually usable.

Webhooks & Code Steps

When an app needs a custom touch, we use Webhooks by Zapier and Code steps to connect it and reshape the data, so even the trickier integrations stay inside your Zapier account.

Tables, Interfaces & AI

Zapier is more than triggers and actions. We use Zapier Tables to store data, Interfaces to build simple front-ends, and AI-powered steps to turn automations into complete tools your team can use.

Reliability, Monitoring & Audits

Automations that fail loudly, not silently: we build in retries and alerts, keep an eye on what's running, and clean up inherited Zaps, cutting wasted tasks and repairing what's broken.

Building advanced Zapier workflows
More than triggers and actions

Zapier does far more than most people use it for

Most people know Zapier as a way to connect two apps: something happens here, so do that there. That is the front door. Behind it sits a genuinely deep toolbox, and using it well is the difference between a few handy shortcuts and automations that quietly run whole parts of your business.

  • Paths and Filters: branching logic so a single trigger can handle dozens of cases, and only the right steps ever run.

  • Formatter and Webhooks: clean, reshape, and route your data, and connect apps that need a custom API call, all inside Zapier.

  • Tables, Interfaces and AI: store data, build simple front-ends, and add AI-powered steps to create complete tools, not just point-to-point Zaps.

As a Zapier Solution Partner, this is the depth we build with as standard.

How an automation project runs with us

Mapping a process before automating it
1. Map the process

We document how the work happens today, the triggers, the steps, the exceptions, before automating anything. Automating a broken process just breaks it faster.

2. Build & connect

We build the workflow, connect the apps, and handle the messy middle: formatting, filtering, and routing the data cleanly between them.

3. Test the edge cases

We run real and deliberately broken inputs through it, so we know how it behaves when a field is empty or an app is down, not only when everything is perfect.

4. Monitor & hand over

We add alerting, document the workflow, and hand it over, with ongoing support if you would rather we keep an eye on it.

Why teams bring this to us

Automation is easy to start and easy to leave broken

We have built automations that run quietly in the background of real businesses, processing orders, cleaning lists, syncing systems, for years at a stretch. As a Zapier Solution Partner, we know the platform deeply, not just triggers and actions, but Paths, Formatter, Webhooks, and the newer Tables and Interfaces, so we can build complete solutions on Zapier rather than simple two-step Zaps.

  • A recognised Zapier Solution Partner. Official partner status, with years of hands-on Zapier builds behind it.

  • We build for reliability. Error handling and monitoring come as standard, not as an afterthought once something has already failed.

  • We think in operations, not just Zaps. The goal is a business that runs smoother, not a longer list of automations.

Questions clients ask us

Straight answers to the things people usually want to know before they start.

Can't I just build Zaps myself?

For simple, low-stakes automations, absolutely, and we're happy to leave those with you. The work usually starts when a Zap needs branching logic, careful data handling, or has to be trusted with something that matters. A silent failure in an order or billing workflow costs far more than the setup ever would.

How much does Zapier cost to run?

Zapier charges by task, so your cost depends on how often your workflows run and how many steps each one has. A big part of our job is keeping that efficient: filtering early so Zaps only run when they need to, combining steps where we can, and cutting wasted tasks. We'll also help you pick the plan that matches your real usage instead of over-paying for headroom you don't use.

What happens if a workflow breaks?

That's exactly what we design against. We build in retries and alerts so failures surface straight away, and if you're on a support arrangement we fix them before they pile up. An automation you can't trust is worse than no automation at all.

We already have a mess of Zaps someone else built. Can you help?

Yes, that's a common starting point. We audit what's there, strip out duplication and wasted tasks, repair what's broken, and document the rest so your automations stop being a black box that only one person understands.

What if the app I use isn't a built-in Zapier integration?

Zapier already connects to more than seven thousand apps, so most of your stack is covered out of the box. When something isn't, we use Webhooks by Zapier and direct API calls to connect it, so a missing pre-built integration rarely means a workflow can't be built.

What can you actually automate?

If your apps connect to Zapier, most repetitive processes are fair game: lead routing, order and fulfilment sync, CRM updates, data cleanup, reporting, alerts, and customer lifecycle messaging. If you find yourself doing the same thing the same way every day, it can usually be automated.

Tired of doing the same task every day?

Tell us which repetitive job is eating your team's time. We'll show you whether it's a quick Zap or a larger multi-step workflow, and what it takes to hand it off for good.
